Below are the processes that realize or deliver a conceived idea through the development phases with business partners and implement the final product in production or industry.
DESIGN AND 3D PRINTING
The design and 3D-printing represent a fundamental initial phase of product development which is created and designed in cooperation with the customer. We pay a lot of attention to the design phase as it represents the first contact with the market.
CONSTRUCTING
The product development process is followed by the constructing phase which involves the collaboration between designers and engineers.
This phase defines the technology and the product manufacturing method and therefore plays an important role in determining the price and the quality of the
final product.
TECHNOLOGICAL PROCESSES
This phase is linked to the constructing and design phases. Technological processes require a wide range of specialized knowledge, which is the reason of our cooperation with experienced external contractors. Thanks to their help, we are able to achieve a high level of expertise in a particular industry or technology.
TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION
Technical documentation is essential for the process of product development and its implementation in production and ERP information systems. It is also significant for certification of the final products and communication with various operators.
PROTOTYPING
During the implementation phase of the design concept, testing the design and its functionality is of high importance. In this way, we can spot shortcomings which may have been overlooked or left out in previous phases.
OUTSOURCED PRODUCTION
Some business partners have their own production, in which case our focus is to efficiently implement the product into production. If business partners do not have their own production, we link them to manufacturers who we guarantee are efficient and qualified.

It is used in medicine, which is why our primary aim was to ensure the new design met the strict criteria guaranteeing a safe use of the device. The company Zanzna has been very open for understanding the specificities in the business field of the medical devices, and thanks to the company’s high level of expertise, creativity, perseverance, and dedication, the device has been successfully modernized.
